Support for neurodivergent adults
You may be looking for help with emotional overwhelm, anxiety, relationships, or keeping up with work and daily responsibilities. Perhaps you have known about your neurodivergence for years, or you are only beginning to understand patterns in your life.
Therapy can focus on recognizing your strengths, understanding situations that leave you depleted, and finding manageable ways to communicate needs or respond to stress. Your goals guide the work. You do not need every question about yourself answered before asking for support.
Support for children and teens
Children and adolescents may need help understanding emotions, handling frustration, navigating friendships, or coping with school demands. Their experiences and preferences deserve a place in the conversation.
Care can include collaboration with caregivers when appropriate, while respecting the young person’s voice and developmental needs. The focus and approach depend on the child, their concerns, and the clinician.
