Talk about what has been difficult

You may want support with distress about your appearance, shame around eating, rigid expectations about food, or the effect these concerns have on relationships and daily life. Your experience deserves attention even when other people have minimized it.

Therapy can offer space to understand difficult thoughts and feelings, identify what matters to you, and explore ways to respond with greater flexibility and care.
