Administrative Specialist

Hi, I’m Brandy, an Administrative Specialist at Full Heart Family Therapy. I help clients understand insurance and billing and find answers to their questions. I know these details can be confusing, and I’m here to help you understand the next steps.

I bring billing experience from mental health, clinic, and hospital settings. I earned an associate degree, completed coursework in Health Information Technology, and completed a Human Resources Management certificate through DMACC. Outside of work, I enjoy my family, music, books, movies, puzzles, and learning new things.
