Krystyna Thompson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who enjoys working with couples, individuals, and families on a variety of emotional and relational issues.
Krystyna works with trauma stemming from emotional, physical, and sexual abuse which can lead to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, panic, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. She utilizes a Trauma-Informed Care Perspective when working with trauma-related problems and finds that this viewpoint encourages clients to reach their goals effectively and with compassion.
Furthermore, Krystyna is trained in working with a variety of addictive issues; sexual addiction, substance addiction, and co-occurring problems. She is specifically trained in working with couples and their relationship concerns and helps couples feel happier, more fulfilled, and more joyous in their lives.
