Operations Manager/Billing Specialist

Hello! I’m Brandy, the Operations Manager and Billing Specialist here at Full Heart. I am available to assist you with understanding the ins and outs surrounding insurances and billing, or any other questions or concerns you may have.

I have many combined years of billing experience from Mental Health, small clinic, and hospital billing. I earned my associates degree in 2010, and then completed extensive coursework in Health Information Technology (coding, billing, insurance, management, HIPAA, PHI, ePHI), I look forward to going back and doing the final coursework to complete the Associates of Applied Science degree in Health Information Technology (HIT).

I have also completed the 1-yr Human Resources Management certification program at DMACC.

I have 4 grown children. My oldest is married and he and his wife are the proud parents of my beautiful grandson. I spend my free time enjoying music, movies, books, my 2 cats, finding new things to learn about, puzzles, word & number games, and whatever hobby I have picked up at the time.
